What are the minimum and maximum rental periods?

Most apartments are available from 1 week up to 12 months or longer. Weekly rentals (1 to 4 weeks) are great for first time visitors, monthly (1 to 11 months) for digital nomads and remote workers, and yearly leases for expats settling in Bali long term.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes, the vast majority of our apartments are fully furnished and move-in ready: bed, sofa, desk, kitchen equipment, AC, fast WiFi, towels and linens. Some yearly options can also be rented unfurnished if you prefer to bring your own things.

Which areas of Bali do you cover?

Are utilities and WiFi included in the price?

WiFi is almost always included. Electricity and water are sometimes included for monthly rentals (usually with a fair-use cap) and billed separately for yearly leases. We always tell you exactly what is included before you book.

Canggu — The Default Choice

Canggu is still the default for most digital nomads, and there is a good reason. Walking distance to dozens of cafes with reliable 100+ Mbps WiFi (Crate, Penny Lane, Karma Kafe), 3 large coworking spaces, and a constant stream of new arrivals which makes it easy to make friends.

Downside: it is loud and developed. If you came to Bali for jungle silence, Canggu is not it.

Berawa — Slightly Quieter, Slightly More Expensive

Berawa is the next pocket north. Same digital nomad infrastructure as Canggu (Atlas Beach Club, Finns), slightly more upscale apartments, slightly less traffic. If you can afford another $100/month, it is a real upgrade.

Pererenan — The 2026 Hot Spot

Pererenan was a quiet rice-field village 3 years ago. In 2026 it has cafes, coworking (Brkfst, Tropical Nomad), a great surf break, and apartment prices roughly 15% below Canggu. This is where many long-stay nomads are moving.

Ubud — The Anti-Canggu

Ubud is the polar opposite of Canggu: jungle, rice fields, yoga, vegetarian cafes, no surf, no nightlife. WiFi is reliable in dedicated cafes (Hubud, Outpost) but patchier elsewhere. Apartments are bigger and cheaper because demand is lower.

Typical 1BR: $450 to $700 / month.

Uluwatu — For Surfers Only

If you are not surfing every day, do not move to Uluwatu. It is far from everything (45 min to Canggu), few cafes, and most apartments are villa-style. But the surf is world-class.
